Our firm is growing, and with growth comes the need to constantly find ways to better serve our clients.
TX (PRWEB) November 10, 2011
The Texas wrongful death lawyers at Grossman Law Offices are excited to announce the addition of another lawyer to the team. With the firm growing, GLO added attorney Jerrell Wise to its team of personal injury litigators. Additionally, the firm has added new staff and paralegals in an effort to better represent our clients.
Jerrell Wise brings not only a wealth of experience working for multiple Texas district attorneys' offices, but also over 8 years of experience as a police officer.
As mentioned, attorney Wise began his career of public service as a police officer with both the Mesquite Police Department and Harris County Constable's Office. Tasked with service calls and initiating violator contacts while on patrol, Wise served the communities of Mesquite, Houston and the city's surrounding areas for more than 8 years.
Concurrently as a patrol officer, Jerrell was accepted to the University of Houston Law Center, where he would serve as Business Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. Specializing in mediation and moot court competition, attorney Jerrell Wise was a finalist in the Jeffry S. Abrams National Mediator Competition, and was awarded the Public Interest Fellowship.
While at the University of Houston and following his graduation, lawyer Wise worked for the District Attorneys' Offices of Harris County and Collin County, prosecuting cases like Crimes Against Children, High Technology Crimes, and Driving While Intoxicated matters. In between the Harris County and Collin County offices, wrongful death attorney Jerrell Wise interned with the Honorable Gray H. Miller, researching and drafting bench memoranda. Wise was then hired by the personal injury lawyers at Grossman Law Offices to use his vast experience in civil service to enhance our clients' experience.
Founder of the firm, attorney Michael Grossman explains, "Our firm is growing, and with growth comes the need to constantly find ways to better serve our clients. Jerrell's experience as a police officer and in both of the District Attorneys' Offices allows us to gain perspective from all sides of the law. We've already seen his addition translate into greater representation for the victims we help."
