Despite the ongoing uncertain economic environment, Winkworth is pleased to announce its best ever September in terms of sales completions. Transactions increased by 27% compared to September 2010.
Transactions percentage increase: Sept 2011 compared to Sept 2010:

ALL OFFICES 27%
These figures demonstrate that Winkworth is continuing to grow in a depressed market and to win market share. Furthermore, during the downturn Winkworth has continued to expand its franchise offices. In the last two years, fifteen new offices have opened across the country, of which three are in London. These new offices have seen a 500% increase in the number of transactions completed in September 2011 compared to the same time last year.
Dominic Agace, CEO of M Winkworth Plc, said:“Prime Central London and the family house market continue to perform well despite the economic downturn. The benefits to our new franchisees speak for themselves with a huge increase in the total number of properties sold in September this year compared to last year. Many of these franchisees were existing businesses whose transaction figures have grown considerably since joining Winkworth.”
