Olmstead Williams Communications (http://www.olmsteadwilliams.com), a business-to-business public relations and social media firm in Los Angeles, was named the winner in two categories at the 47th Annual PRSA (Public Relations Society of America)-Los Angeles PRism Awards Show on Nov. 9, 2011.
The firm received awards in the “Ongoing Product or Service Program – Business to Business” category for its work with Big Four accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP, and in the “Green/Sustainable Programs – Ongoing Corporate/Consumer Brand” category for its work with FlexEnergy Inc. This year’s program featured 29 categories and attracted more than 400 guests at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood.
“To be honored by our peers is the best way for us to celebrate our third anniversary as an agency, especially with so many other outstanding PR professionals and veterans in the room,” said Tracy Williams, president and CEO of Olmstead Williams Communications.
The Los Angeles chapter of PRSA sponsors the annual awards show to recognize outstanding programs created by public relations professionals at agencies, corporations and non-profit organizations on behalf of L.A.-based clients.
