This December 10, have a sweet time at the Hampton Holly Days Parade: Candy Cane Lane. The free event, taking place at 7:00 p.m. in downtown Hampton, is one of the largest annual illuminated parades in all of Hampton Roads.

In addition to the appearance of Will Wonka, other festivities include marching bands, “snow”, beautiful floats, lovely ladies, military honor units, and everyone’s favorite holiday guest…Santa Claus!

The free event, taking place at 7:00 p.m. in downtown Hampton, is one of the largest annual illuminated parades in all of Hampton Roads. This year, the City of Hampton is pleased to announce the candy man himself, Willy Wonka, as Grand Marshal.

**The parade route begins at Eaton Street, proceeds down Settlers Landing Road, and ends at Darling Stadium. Be sure to come out early and secure a good spot. Free parking is available throughout downtown Hampton**
