Chef Josh Henke and his culinary team from Zink Bar + Patio, a premiere restaurant in the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Cherry Creek hotel, was awarded ‘Best Appetizer’ by the 18th Annual Network for the Needy Luncheon edging out four other competing hotels. They were also presented with the People’s Choice award for the same event.

Network for the Needy is sponsored by the Meetings Industry Council of Colorado. This team of individuals from the hospitality industry comes together to compete against each other to benefit the Food Bank of the Rockies and Denver’s Table program.

Serving over 640 guests, Chef Josh Henke entered his Pear Chip Crustini topped with gorgonzola cheese, candied walnuts and truffle honey. The Hilton Garden Inn Denver Cherry Creek and the Zink Bar + Patio extend their congratulations for a job well done!
