GraphicMail today announced its integration with Salesforce and OpenCart.
GraphicMail has made it an integral part of their strategy to integrate with other platforms to help their clients get the maximum out of their email and mobile marketing efforts. While 2010/11 saw them launch an iPhone app, synchronization with Outlook, plugins for Joomla, Wordpress and Drupal, they have now added integrations in the financial arena.
Salesforce is a powerful customer relationship management solution. The new GraphicMail plug-in with Salesforce provides for full integration between the two systems, allowing their application and the cloud-based CRM to work together by creating contact forms that send information from GraphicMail directly to users’ Salesforce accounts.
GraphicMail’s plug-in supports one-way contact list synchronization. Additionally, after each email send; GraphicMail will feed open-rates, click-through rates, bounce-rates and unsubscribe data back to Salesforce - for intelligent lead management and segmentation purposes.
Version 1.0 of the plug-in is now available for all GraphicMail clients. “Future releases will feature two-way data aggregation tools that let users push email addresses and subscriber information directly into their GraphicMail accounts; including the ability to generate reports based on previous email activity and pass these reports to GraphicMail for subsequent campaigns”, says Nick Eckert, GraphicMail CEO.
Salesforce subscribers will need to be signed up for “Enterprise”, “Unlimited” or “Developer” editions to use this plug-in.
The OpenCart plug-in for GraphicMail provides users with an e-commerce solution that lets them grow their mailing list through OpenCart transactions.
The OpenCart plug-in allows customers to sign up for email newsletter campaigns via the online shopping process, and can then be used as a segmentation tool to send targeted messages by grouping subscribers that share characteristics; such as product preferences and purchase history.
