CS Heinz Launches 30 Days of Prayer for Penn State at PrayPSU.org

It's important to pray, but sometimes it's challenging to know what to pray for. This series will help.

CS Heinz, who grew up, lives and works in State College, has created a 30-day email series to help people pray for Penn State.

At http://www.PrayPSU.org, people can sign up to receive an email a day for 30 days. Each email contains a short devotional, prayer point, and Bible verse.

"It's important to pray, but sometimes it's challenging to know what to pray for. This series will help," said CS Heinz.

To join the series, simply subscribe to the list.

The first email will be sent on November 18. People who sign up after Nov. 18 will receive their first email the day of their signup. This way participants choose their 30 days.

Heinz hopes to build an atmosphere of prayer for Penn State. "We don't realize how much good we can do through prayer. Prayer is the best thing we've got," Heinz said.

"There are a lot of words flying right now--words by the media, by lawyers, by the public. Let's press into God and say words back to Him. That's how our community will heal."

CS Heinz also created a prayer guide to support prayer.
