A much sought after speaker, Tom Mueller, author of “Extra Virginity”, continues to expose deception and crime in the food industry, as well as give an inspiring account of the artisanal producers, chemical analysts, chefs and food activists who are defending the oils that truly deserve the name “extra-virgin”. Starting with an explosive article in The New Yorker, "Slippery Business", he has returned with a much anticipated, rich and deliciously readable narrative, “Extra Virginity: The Sublime and Scandalous World of Olive Oil”.
