With in-store decision makers always changing, keeping up with a list of which person to contact for a particular need within a retail store has been a daunting task. Combine that challenge with the many thousands of stores that an average field force merchandising company visits each year, and the task is many magnitudes greater. To address the issues above, Robert Gerace, CEO of CRC is proud to announce:
Enter the VelociTRACKER™ Store Contact Database. This new feature, added to the mobility products already in production:
- Windows Mobile
- Mini, and full sized laptops
Makes short work of capturing the name, phone number, email address, and position of any in-store employee by field reps.
All data collected is sent back to the central VelociTRACKER™ database, and can be searched from many perspectives – including the intelligence to predict who the regional and district managers are when the show up in multiple stores during overlapping time periods.
CRC clients use this information for a variety of reasons that help them to either facilitate the sale of more products, or reduce expenses for the manufacturer, retailer, and the service organization.
