Innovative mobile technology provider Lumi Mobile has attracted £2M pounds sterling in funding from angel investor Chris Morris, a leading Australian-based global technology investor and entrepreneur and founder and chairman of Computershare.
Chris was attracted to Lumi Mobile by the high level of innovation and leadership the company has demonstrated in the consumer insight sector amongst others.
With this investment, Lumi Mobile will focus resources to commercialise its leading mobile data collection and analysis system, including the LumiLIVE, LumiCOMPASS and LumiSENSE technologies.
Commenting on the investment, Chris Morris said: “I am excited to support Lumi Mobile in their efforts to change the way businesses use mobile to understand customers. Lumi has already proven that the platform delivers as promised; with this further investment, Lumi can now grow exponentially with the infrastructure needed to reach the next level.”
Rolfe Swinton, Co-Founder and Director of Lumi Mobile, said: “We consider ourselves very fortunate to be able to draw on Chris’s experience. Moreover, with his investment, we are able to accelerate the development of our technologies and also commit to expanding our team to support client development on the ground in North America, Europe, and Asia.
