Prior to joining Interaction Associates, Capalby was Vice President, Client Services Consultant for Right Management. Before that, he was Vice President and Recruiting Manager for JP Morgan Chase (Washington Mutual), and held senior management positions with Hudson Highland Group, Inc, and Robert Half International, Inc.
                                               
Capalby attended Northern Arizona University, majoring in Marketing and Management. He is also a certified Personnel Consultant, and a member of Financial Executives International and the Human Resources Strategic Forum.
