CSG’s Vending Success at Doncasters Bramah Sheffield

A recent site revamp at Doncasters Bramah in Sheffield has seen the introduction of Consultant Services Group as their preferred vending supplier for the food and drink requirements of their staff.

The vending service was introduced as part of an enhanced range of onsite facilities for the 260 strong group of staff, who work over a three shift system, and were looking for a flexible solution to their food and drink needs.

Keen to deliver a service that met the demands of the company, CSG carried out both food and drink sampling exercises for employees. This gave the employees the opportunity to sample the plethora of food on offer, which included chilled foods, snacks and confectionery, whilst learning more about the price and quality. Drink sampling also allowed CSG to showcase the extensive range of beverages they would be vending, and again the quality of them.

Commitment to the whole vending process was displayed by CSG throughout their early days on site with the replacement of the previous office vending machines within 24 hours of the refurbishment process, so as to not prevent staff from access to hot drinks and snacks. They have also allocated a daily clean of the vending machines so as to ensure the highest levels of quality and hygiene are maintained.

CSG have been really pleased with the positive feedback they have received from staff at Doncasters Bramah, and are hoping to build upon this initial success, as they continually look to review and improve their vending services to their clients.
