Dover, NH based medical packaging provider Janco Incorporated has innovated manufacturing processes to help contribute to the higher level of care delivered by the medical industry.

Janco Incorporated, a New Hampshire provider of medical device packaging has recently announced a continued initiative to provide better, more efficient, and more effective packaging products for the medical and healthcare industry.

As Phil Killer, Janco’s spokesman, explains, “Janco has improved not only the processes and equipment used to produce medical device packaging, but we’ve also continued to refine the design of medical packaging as well by integrating every step of the fabrication process with a deeper understanding of operating room procedure.”

He says, "By working closely with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals we've been able to improve the medical packaging we deliver beyond simply providing greater efficiency, short lead times, and better quality. Instead, we’ve also been able to work towards the goal of streamlining actual procedures in a healthcare setting by designing and manufacturing medical device packaging that is better in every way." Ultimately, Janco Incorporated hopes that these continued initiatives will help healthcare professionals provide an even higher level of care with medical device packaging designed to, as Killer describes, “make a difference.”

Entering 2012, Killer explains that Janco is excited about many vital equipment upgrades that have coincided with ongoing process improvements to help deliver more effective medical device packages such as plastic clamshell packaging, procedural trays, dental trays, custom contoured blister packs, and a number of other medical packaging products for new and old clients across the country. Killer says these continuing improvements are largely due to the ever-present need for a higher level of precision and reliability in the medical industry.

Some of the facility improvements made by the ISO 13485 and 9001 certified company include optimizations to their in-house design, prototype, and production tooling machines, high-tech quality control systems, and clean room certifications to ISO 14644-I standards. In addition, Janco has also added to a variety of equipment upgrades to better provide secondary operations such as die cutting, hot stamping, CNC milling, and engineering support.

Located in Dover, New Hampshire Janco Incorporated is a premiere provider of medical device packaging. Over the years, the company has provided the innovation needed to help healthcare professionals deliver more effective care through better medical packaging.
