Solution Tree has partnered with Wayne Hulley to create the Hulley Centre, a new endeavor highlighting his work. The announcement was made during Solution Tree’s Professional Learning Communities (PLC) at Work™ Summit.
Hulley, an accomplished educator and staff developer, has helped implement effective school practices in every Canadian province and territory and in more than 40 U.S. states. Hulley served as superintendent of the Peel Board of Education in Toronto and taught motivational theory at the Universities of Toronto, York and Brock. He is coauthor of Harbors of Hope and Getting By or Getting Better. In 2006, Hulley was honored by the Canadian Education Association for his work. His site-based planning model is used in more than 1,200 schools throughout North America.
Through this exclusive partnership, schools and districts can now book on-site and virtual professional development and consulting services with Hulley through Solution Tree. Powered by Solution Tree’s professional development expertise in various media—including books, videos, conferences, online courses, on-site workshops and consulting services—the Hulley Centre will develop a comprehensive selection of services to support school success. The Hulley Centre will also train other educators in Hulley’s work to help deliver these services in the years to come.
Solution Tree is an educational publishing and professional development company that partners with K–12 educators and schools around the world.
