EDC’s KeyIT™ which is also available for organizations of any size across a wide array of verticals, becomes Atom AMPD’s offering for the higher education industry. KeyIT™ expands EDC’s comprehensive suite of technology solutions and services including administrative software for colleges (admissions, recruitment, etc.), project portfolio management, digital video asset management, digital communications platforms and IT infrastructure support.

“KeyIT™ provides scalable networking, security, wireless and telephony/VoIP solutions in a single software application. This enables higher education managers to replace multi-box applications that are expensive to license and maintain,” says EDC Technology CEO, Jay Sebben. “Notable KeyIT™ benefits include dramatically reduced costs (up to 70 percent savings in total cost of ownership), swift installation (as little as 15 minutes) and the ability to cost-effectively reduce your hardware footprint.

“Our agreement with EDC Technology expands Atom AMPD’s product offerings into higher education, which is a promising market for us. KeyIT’s™ ability to provide enterprise-level communications solutions complements our DS Secure Kwick Key™, which is a portable software installation key directed at the K-12 market,” said Chris Beyne, Business Development Director for Atom AMPD. “The flexible licensing agreement includes a two-year base license, which provides a significant savings for the education market.”
