Clark Gardens Holiday Celebration Kicks off with Tot Parade and a Luminary Dedication to Light the Way to End Alzheimer's benefiting the the Alzheimer's Association

Every year on the first of December the buildings, pathways and trees come to life with thousands of twinkling lights at Clark Gardens Holiday Festival. This year's opening night, December 1st, kicks off with a Tot Parade, a Jingle Bell Fun Walk, hay rides, entertainment, a gingerbread playhouse and the all new Polar Express Experience.

One of Clark Gardens most cherished annual events, the Holiday Festival kicks off on Thursday, December 1 at 5:00 p.m.with a Tot Parade led by parade Grand Marshall, Santa Claus.    

This year’s opening night includes a Tot Parade, the Jingle Bell Fun Walk, the dedication of luminaries to Light the Way to End Alzheimer’s, a hay ride, the 30 foot tree of lights, an appearance by Santa, performances by local entertainment groups, hay rides and the all new Polar Express Experience.

The Parade winds through the garden with thousands of twinkling lights illuminating beautiful holiday displays including a nativity scene and a Gingerbread Playhouse.

The holiday tree will be lit at 6:30 p.m. The dedication and lighting of the luminaries will take place at 7:00 p.m. Proceeds from the Clark Gardens Light the Way to End Alzheimer’s will benefit the Alzheimer's Association - North Central Texas Chapter.

An old fashioned weenie roast and smores will be available along with hot chocolate. The perfect way to start your family's holiday celebrations.
