Coyaba Beach Resort in the Caribbean has unveiled plans for the 2011 holiday season with the introduction of the Grenada resorts Christmas and New Year’s Eve menus. The Coyaba resort is offering Grenada dining at its best with a special Table d’hote Christmas dinner menu and a New Year’s Eve celebration complete with dinner and entertainment.
