Asheboro, North Carolina (PRWEB) November 23, 2011
Mr. Brendan Flaherty has revealed his plans to purchase the Asheboro Country Club located in Asheboro North Carolina. This will be the 9th Golf Course Property acquired by Mr. Flaherty in the last 3 years. The Asheboro Country Club will become part of the Warrior Golf Equities, LLC along with the Cimarron Golf Resort he purchased earlier this year.
Asheboro is the 3rd property in the lucrative North Carolina market purchased by the Warrior Companies and will be managed by Sterling & Marx, Inc.
Industry experts Art West and Brett Miller helped locate and negotiate the purchase.
“The Asheboro Country Club is a true diamond in the rough. The turf condition is excellent and the local demographics are exceptionally strong …” reports Mr. Flaherty. He went on to say “with some investment into building renovation, maintenance equipment and of course golf carts, I feel this will be a very strong income producer.”
Warrior plans to close the deal in the next few weeks and begin renovations immediately, looking to reopen the course in early 2012.

About Asheboro Country Club
Experience the beauty of Asheboro Country Club, set in the beautiful Caraway Mountains in North Carolina's Piedmont Region.
This traditional layout - a 6,473-yard, par 71 championship course - cuts though tall oaks and towering pines, a 22-acre spring-fed lake, and recently redesigned by golf course architect Jim Bivins. The gentle slopes encourage golfers to strategically place their tee shots and the well bunkered and mounded games makes for a delicate approach shot. With A-1 Bent Grass greens and Bermuda Grass fairways and tees, its hard to find a better course in the area.
The club is open for member play, public play and group outings and tournaments.
