TBM recently announced a series of executive leadership promotions reflective of the company’s expanded focus on global client management, servicing selected vertical industry sectors and ongoing expansion into key international markets.

TBM recently announced a series of executive leadership promotions reflective of the company’s expanded focus on global client management, servicing selected vertical industry sectors and ongoing expansion into key international markets.

The firm recently hired Bill Remy as Senior Vice President to lead its expanding Asia Pacific consulting practice. Seven executives were also promoted to vice president: Martial Durin, Dave Hicks, Richard Holland, Gary Hoover, Ken Koenemann, Mike Latuga, and Mike Serena.

The executives hired or promoted now hold these titles and responsibilities:

Bill Remy, Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific. Remy rejoins TBM after working at Invensys as Vice President, Continuous Improvement. He is responsible for developing and growing TBM’s Asia-Pacific business.

Martial Durin, Vice President, Asia Pacific. Previously a managing director, Durin will continue to build service capability and lead the development of new business in mainland China.

Dave Hicks, Vice President, Consumer Products. Previously a senior management consultant and team leader, Hicks will lead all development and delivery of operations management consulting for the consumer products sector in North America.

Richard Holland, Vice President Operations: Euro Zone, UK and India. Previously managing director of the United Kingdom, Holland will manage all consulting operations in the Euro Zone, United Kingdom and India.

Gary Hoover, Vice President Business Development: Euro Zone, UK and India. Previously managing director of Germany and France, Hoover will lead all business development and marketing as TBM continues to expand its delivery services into the Euro Zone, United Kingdom and India.

Ken Koenemann, Vice President Business Development and Marketing. Koenemann previously led the consumer products practice and was responsible for developing and establishing the company’s lean value chain practice as a core capability throughout the enterprise. He will lead North American business development and global marketing.

Mike Latuga, Vice President, Mexico. Previously a managing director, Latuga will continue to build service capability and lead the development of new business in Mexico.

Mike Serena, Vice President, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical. Previously a managing director, Serena will continue to build service capability and lead the development and delivery of operations management consulting for the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors in North America.
