"Element Mobile strives to provide exceptional mobile coverage to our customers,” said Jerry Wilke, chief operating officer for Element Mobile.
Wisconsin Rapids, WI (PRWEB) November 23, 2011
Element Mobile customers in Portage County will experience improved service due to the addition of a new tower on the east side of Amherst, Wisconsin.
The new tower will host more calls at one time, increase data and coverage, and have increased network speeds, said Jerry Wilke, chief operating officer for Element Mobile.
“Element Mobile strives to provide exceptional mobile coverage to our customers,” said Wilke. “We will continue to make network and coverage quality improvements in order to enhance the Element Mobile experience for our customers.”
The Amherst tower is nestled between four other cell locations in Amherst. The new tower will specifically provide better coverage near Highway 10, County Road B (east), Tomorrow River Road (north), and County Roads KK, Q and V.
Amherst resident and owner of Ability Builders Mark Camalieri said service has definitely improved with the tower addition.
"It's wonderful! In the past, there were dead spots in Amherst,” he said. “I have full bars everywhere in Amherst now with Element Mobile. I love it."
Earlier this summer, another Element Mobile tower was installed in Wisconsin Rapids. This addition increased voice and data service in the downtown area, including, McMillian Library, Hotel Mead, and the west side of Wisconsin Rapids.
