EmployeeScreenIQ has been named one of the top five providers of background screening services by HRO Today magazine.
The magazine recently unveiled its 2011 "Baker's Dozen Employment Screening Customer Satisfaction Ratings" list, which measures quality of service, breadth of service and size of customers. EmployeeScreenIQ was ranked fifth among all screening companies in the United States, based on a survey of over 700 employers.
The annual customer survey results were published in the November issue of HRO Today, the leading publication for human resource decision makers. Employers were asked to complete a comprehensive survey about their experience with screening providers, including the various types of services and the length of their relationship, plus performance, trust, account management and overall customer service. HRO Today analyzed the customer feedback data to score each provider.
