Hosted by Infor’s number one affiliate in EMEA, Open Business Solutions, XA Day is designed to provide Infor XA customers access to key internal resources, and insight to the product’s strategic direction. “Recently, we have seen quite an interest from the XA customer base in the areas of forms creation, and management. We had several customer requests to add these topics to the agenda, and our customers were very impressed!” commented Mike Robertson, ISeries EMEA Channel Account Manager for Infor.
The XA Day presentation focused on replacing preprinted forms and spool file output, with professional forms that can be automatically e-mailed from Infor XA, printed on plain paper, and/or saved automatically into Infor Document Management. “Eliminating these output methods is the first step in taking an organization paperless. The customer sees immediate cost reductions, and increased flexibility with their document distribution,” commented Michael Jasper, Partner Development Manager at IntelliChief.
Infor document management enables accounting departments to eliminate their heavy reliance on paper and solves many problems finance professionals are facing, such as high paper costs, keeping confidential documents private, preventing documents from getting lost or destroyed in the event of a disaster, and more.
