Wealth management specialist Towry’s Nottingham office recently hosted a cook-off event where employees sold home-cooked food to raise money for The Prince’s Trust UK City Riot Appeal. They raised over £100 including a contribution from the Towry Charitable Trust, which supports Towry employees in their charity fundraising activities.
The Prince’s Trust Riot Appeal aims to provide positive opportunities to young people by investing in the communities hardest hit by the recent riots.
Andrew Fisher, Chief Executive, commented: “We are delighted that our offices are so proactive in coming up with new ways of raising funds for charities that are close to their heart. The Prince’s Trust UK City Riot Appeal is committed to making a real difference to the lives of young people across the UK, and we are pleased to be able to support this through the Towry Charitable Trust. Well done to everybody for their tremendous team spirit in raising money for this great cause.”
