Dallas Morning News Selects Park Place Dealerships As One Of Top 100 Best Places To Work In Dallas

Two years in a row, Park Place Dealerships has been recognized by The Dallas Morning News as one of the top 100 best places to work in Dallas.

For the second year in a row, Park Place Dealerships has been acknowledged by the The Dallas Morning News as a one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Dallas. Moving up one spot from 2010, Park Place is now ranked #4 in their large company category.

Ken Schnitzer, Chairman of Park Place Dealerships accepted the honor by saying, “We have 11 dealerships in Dallas – Fort Worth and we employ more than 1,300 of the best and brightest people we can find. They work hard day in and day out to make sure our clients have an exceptional automotive experience.”

The pride and excitement is shared by everyone at Park Place. Park Place was acknowledged at the third annual Top 100 Places to Work luncheon on Nov.9, 2011, at the Fairmount Hotel in downtown Dallas.

Workplace Dynamics, an independent partner of The Dallas Morning News, conducted an anonymous survey of Park Place employees. The results were compiled across several different variables and subsequently compared across the Dallas marketplace.The survey consisted of 24 questions sent to employees at random. Opinions were collected on a total of six areas that included compensation and benefits, workplace environment, leadership, direction, career and execution. Workplace Dynamics surveyed 3,500 companies and more than 1.45 million employees.
