Executive Chef and owner Hilario Chico came from a small town south of Mexico City called Pueblo City in 1984. Chef Chico worked in many fine restaurants including Tadich Grill & One Market, and after gaining much knowledge and experience in the restaurant business, he decided to open Olivia's Brunch & Fine Dining. Chef Jose came to America from Mexico in 1990 and started his restaurant career at Moose's Restaurant in North Beach, and then with El Colonial, where he acquired a wealth of experience and then decided to team up with Chef Chico to open Olivia's Brunch & Fine Dining.
