Google+ provides an ideal platform to enable latest trends, promotions and news to be quickly targeted and delivered to interested parties no matter how diverse. As recruitment is a catch-all term covering many disciplines, it is essential to be able to divide and deliver the right information to the right person quickly to ensure effectiveness.

Check4Jobs already uses various delivery methods such as twitter, facebook and other social media frameworks but it is thought that Google + can offer added benefits. Allowing users to opt in to specific updates it is hoped the latest recruitment news can be disseminated more accurately.

Social media and recruitment are now firm bedfellows and Check4Jobs have a track record of being early technology adopters, exploring and delivering the benefits to clients and jobseekers. Google + ensures people receive the information in the way they want.

Alexandra Tatarus, Marketing Executive at Check4Jobs, is excited about the new technology and hopes to utilise the benefits it will offer:

“We will be able to have live face-to-face team meetings with our various subsidiaries and invite clients to participate and contribute to discussions. Sharing documents via cloud technologies is just the first step in team working. Google+ means we can manage live data without the need for participants to have vast technical expertise and hardware - it makes this type of scenario far more accessible."

“We are yet to fully utilise all the features of this technology but you can be assured we will be among the first to offer the improved product and customer service this will enable. Having live feedback from multiple sources will help us shape and deliver the best possible service we can.”

Allowing customers, whether they are companies looking for staff or job seekers looking for their next placement to link content and in effect, provide a vote of confidence to other users is an invaluable feature. The +1 buttons will link people with content and help friends and colleagues share resources.

Check4Jobs have been helping to source candidates for many years now and have won multiple recruitment awards in the process by showing initiative and employing innovation. With 138,012 page views and 20,718 unique visitors a day, Check4Jobs is the UK’s fastest job search site.
