Strategy Bridge International, the industry leader in strategy development and systems engineering, announces the hiring of Donald T. “Skip” Hall as Senior Client Program Manager. In this role, Hall will be responsible for managing professional services for Strategy Bridge’s government and commercial client base, both in domestic and international markets. “As budgets and market share force both industry and government to be more efficient and effective at managing their programs and new product introductions, Strategy Bridge brings a “no nonsense” strategy development approach to our clients to ensure that they will succeed in today’s economic climate,” comments Hall.

“As our business continues to grow, we are excited to have Skip join the Strategy Bridge team. His decades of program and project experience in both the Federal and commercial sectors are a great match for our company,” added Mark Wilson, Strategy Bridge Chief Executive.

Previously certified by the Coast Guard as a project manager, COTR, quality manager, and advanced instructor, Mr. Hall looks forward to completing his certification as an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) as well. “With a staff of CSEPs, National and State Baldridge Award Examiners, and veteran support personnel on the Strategy Bridge team, the professional skill level of the organization is unmatched. Working with such an impressive group to support our clients is very exciting.”

Mr. Hall brings an extensive background in both technology and services, most recently serving as Executive Director, Professional Services, at Management Concepts, Inc., working with intelligence agency clients. He has previously served as Senior Client Manager/Senior Consultant for Project Success, Inc., working with such clients as Caterpillar, Case-New Holland, Coca-Cola, and Turner Broadcasting. Mr. Hall is a former Coast Guard Officer responsible for naval weapon system development/integration/maintenance working in conjunction with NAVSEA. He earned his BS in Information Systems from St. Leo’s College and his MBA (Engineering Management) from Florida Institute of Technology.
