GDSX was recently named one of the “Top 100 Places to Work 2011” by Dallas Morning News. GDSX ranked number 10 out of 40 outstanding companies who achieved a ranking in the Small Company category.
This is the third year for the competition held by Dallas Morning News, in conjunction with their research partner, Workplace Dynamics. This year, only 1,149 companies were invited to participate, and of those only 215 were invited to be surveyed. Dallas Morning News received 42,369 survey responses from the employees of those companies. At least 35% of a company’s employees must voluntarily respond to the survey to be considered for this elite group.
