Due to a merger with a public company, Sajan needed a more robust financial management ERP solution that would help meet regulatory compliance and financial reporting requirements. Sajan is a global company and needed a solution that would also allow them to take control of their multi-national operations and manage currency transactions smoothly and efficiently. “By extending multi-currency capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics GP, we have optimized our productivity and eliminated many manual processes,” said Bechtel.
Since deployment, the organization has not only met their compliance requirements but they have significantly improved productivity and operational efficiency. “From an accounting perspective, we have eliminated about 40 hours a week in manual data entry which allows our staff to focus on other core needs,” she said.
