Kelora Systems, LLC, and Michael Stars, Inc. announced today that they have entered into a patent licensing agreement. Under the terms of this agreement, Kelora granted Michael Stars a license to use, at Michael Stars' sole discretion, the search engine technology covered by U.S. Patent Number 6,275,821 ("Method and System for Executing a Guided Parametric Search") on Michael Stars' current and future websites, which include MichaelStars.com.

Kelora Systems, LLC, and Michael Stars, Inc., announced today that they have entered into a patent licensing agreement. Under the terms of this agreement, Kelora granted Michael Stars a license to use, at Michael Stars' sole discretion, the search engine technology covered by U.S. Patent Number 6,275,821 ("Method and System for Executing a Guided Parametric Search") on Michael Stars' current and future websites, which include MichaelStars.com. The agreement resolves any and all current and future claims regarding the patent which Kelora had against Michael Stars.
