Guess? Inc. tapped iPadEnclosures (DBA of ArmorActive), along with Global Bay- Mobile Technologies, to design and install their newest customer interaction stations in retail stores throughout the country.

“Look Books” are installed at almost every turn in these already sleek stores, including the dressing rooms, adding a very high class customer service element on an instant and individualized level. Guess’s “Look Books” are superior iPad Kiosk stations at their core, with customized customer interaction applications provided by Global Bay. The applications are designed to present a full line of products from the retail giant in an easy to use and easy to understand information station.

The iPad kiosk itself was chosen from among iPadEnclosures’s iPad kiosk product lines; and is called the Sentinel Stand. This particular Sentinel Stand features castors, so it can roll easily, as well as a slot for the much needed back up battery (extending the life of the iPad by 18 hours). The Sentinel Stand also has an option for speakers and is ADA compliant with tilting capabilities in the Kiosk Station to accommodate the variant heights of the different customers.

These iPad kiosks, or “Look Books” can be found throughout Guess retails stores in New York, Miami, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

iPadEnclosures provides iPad kiosk solutions to retail companies throughout the world including Apple, Lowes, Kohls, Foot Locker and more. iPadEnclosures is an ArmorActive Company. To inquire further please visit http://www.iPadEnclosures.com.
