David Helgerson is the newest franchisee to join the Marshall Face2Face franchise team. Helgerson resides in Wisconsin and currently serves as the President of Echo Documentation Solutions, a healthcare documentation solutions and technology provider.

The Marshall Face2Face franchise system provides a customized approach for companies seeking an outsourced business development solution. Helgerson joins the team of Senior Development Consultants acting as a corporate match-maker and lead generator for clients that may not have the time or resources to research prospects, develop relationships, and ultimately
secure appointments with major decision makers.

Helgerson plans to draw on his years of experience in the insurance industry in order to forge networks and relationships at Marshall Face2Face. He has worked extensively with commercial, medical, as well as malpractice insurance companies.

“By starting out in the insurance industry, the importance of building relationships was ingrained early in my business psyche. It was also an incredible opportunity to learn about a wide range of businesses and industries,” he says.

Along with his insurance background, Helgerson has extensive experience with healthcare providers and facilities, as well as legal firms and law enforcement agencies. He acknowledges his painstaking attention to detail as the reason he is able to work so successfully across so many industries.

Helgerson attended the University of North Dakota to receive his BBA in Business Administration, and received his Masters in Health Administration at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
