BLR Sign Systems Hires New Operations Manager

BLR Sign Systems, a premier provider of visual communications solutions, has named Robert McKeever to head up its operations.

BLR Sign Systems, a premier provider of visual communications in the Bay Area, has named Robert McKeever as its Operations Manager. He began this new role last month.

Robert has been working in the sign industry since 1983, starting out in a large commercial printing firm, then moving to an architectural signage company. Prior to coming to BLR Sign Systems, Robert worked at a large format digital imaging company and was in charge of their production and scheduling.

He studied architecture and graphic design and completed an apprenticeship at the National Neon Institute. The schools he attended include Academy of Art College (San Francisco), Diablo Valley College (Pleasant Hill) and Cal Poly (San Luis Obispo).

Throughout his career, Robert has performed various roles in estimating, accounting and project management. He is a member of UGS (University Graphic Systems).

His new role at BLR Sign Systems is to run the operations for all sign production— design, printing, fabrication and installation. President of the company, Kevin Griffin, states, "BLR is in growth mode and we welcome Robert to the management team. It is expected that he will make major contributions to BLR."
