Infertility is an increasing problem that is on the rise. Six out of ten infertile couples hide their problem from their own families due to shame and blame.

The website SPERM.org brings the infertility issue out into the light, offers reliable and current data on sperm donors and sperm banks, and provides links to other sites and services that can be of help to infertile couples. It encourages serious discussion and mutual help and support for couples and women who are trying to have babies through donor sperm.

It affects both men and women equally. It affects the rich, the poor and everyone in between. Male infertility in particular is often caused by repeated cases of infections, tight pants, poor nutrition, smoking, obesity and excessive use of hot tubs and saunas.

There are available treatments but if these prove to be useless, then couples and women can resort to donor sperm, a method which has been used for at least a hundred years.

Self-acceptance, hope and actionable solutions for infertile couples, are the missions of SPERM.org, as well as understanding and support on the part of their families and friends.
