“We are thrilled with Imaginuity’s work,” said Jonathan Erwin, Vice President of Wally’s Party Factory. “They listened to us, understood where we wanted to go with our brand and our website, and then exceeded our expectations.”

Wally’s Party Factory and Imaginuity have been working together since early 2010. While their collaboration has been award-winning and critically successful, the companies’ goal from the outset was more fundamental: to engage, intrigue, and excite Wally’s customers.

“Wally’s and Imaginuity are a great fit for each other because both of us believe in providing an exceptional experience for our customers and clients,” Erwin said. “And we both punch above our weight in the marketplace.”

“Because the Daveys are focused on medium-sized agencies, they measure our digital muster against our peer agencies on an international level,” said Imaginuity Partner and Executive Creative Director Tim Langford. “Although we never create specifically attempting to win awards, creating award-worthy work keeps our team from settling for the easy solutions.”

“And it shows potential clients that we continue to strive for innovation, producing imaginative and business-grounded strategies for clients, while making a strong impression with end users,” Langford said.

2011 Davey Awards won by Wally’s Party Factory and Imaginuity include:

  • Silver Award, Best Corporate Identity-Logo. Imaginuity provided a comprehensive refresh of the corporate identity for this family-owned chain of party supply stores, based on its long standing mascot icon. A hand-drawn logo was designed to emphasize the whimsy and party atmosphere of Wally’s Party Factory, and the mascot icon can be extended for use in brand identification with or without the Wally’s name.
  • Silver Award, Best Retail Website. Bringing the whimsical feel of the refreshed brand identity to life, the new Wally’s Party Factory site helps customers turn events into celebrations. By adding unconventional hand-drawn elements to the design -- as well as new content and messaging to promote inventive products and value-added party ideas -- Imaginuity delivered a digital branding experience that creates long-term customer loyalty.
