enCircle Media, a worldwide-recognized leading digital advertising agency, announced today that its new company name will be U.S. Interactive Media. With more than 250 advertisers globally using its media services and solutions, the company is changing its name from enCircle Media to U.S. Interactive Media to better align with its parent agency, U.S. International Media (USIM).

Beginning today, the company has launched a new website, http://www.usinteractivemedia.com. Effective immediately, all future business activity will be conducted using the new name.
enCircle Media has grown rapidly since starting in 2007. USIM acquired enCircle Media in December 2010. The acquisition added more than $25 million in digital media billings for USIM in 2011.
