The independent survey (in which over 78 percent of Miracle-Ear franchisees participated) was conducted by the Franchise Research Institute. The survey was designed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within the Miracle-Ear franchise system.
"Understanding the importance of knowing what a franchisee thinks, through confidential surveys, is vital to building successful franchise brands," said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the Franchise Research Institute. “Miracle-Ear relied on unbiased, third-party research as the most accurate and transparent way to obtain honest feedback from their franchisees, allowing them to identify what may or may not be working within their system."
The survey asked Miracle-Ear franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall growth potential, quality, support and communication.
The results show Miracle-Ear as an enthusiastic franchise community with ninety-two percent ranking the overall quality of the franchisor as positive.
Notable responses received from Miracle-Ear franchisees included:
- 96 percent of franchisees gave a positive grade to the ongoing training and support supplied by the franchisor.
- 92 percent of the franchisees gave a positive grade to the helpfulness and communication between fellow franchisees.
- 93 percent of the franchisees believe their Franchisor encourages high standards of quality performance throughout the organizations.
