Consultants' Summit, An Exclusive Foodservice Consultant Event, Scheduled for March 2012

Consultants' Summit 8 will take place at the Wynn Encore Hotel in Las Vegas on March 19-21, 2012. This unique event brings together foodservice equipment manufacturers and consultants for two days of idea exchange. Four foodservice equipment manufacturers will sponsor this unique industry event including Caddy Corporation, Carter-Hoffmann, Structural Concepts and Wood Stone.

The organizers of the Consultants' Summit announce their eighth Summit will take place at the Wynn Encore Hotel in Las Vegas on March 19-21, 2012.

The upcoming Summit will be sponsored by four foodservice equipment manufacturers: Caddy Corporation, Carter-Hoffmann, Structural Concepts and Wood Stone. In a series of interactive meetings and presentations, each sponsor company will present their latest products, new concepts and discuss ideas to meet foodservice design and operational challenges. Invited attendees of the Summit represent the top foodservice consultants and designers from the United States and Canada.

"The Consultants' Summit is an idea exchange between foodservice consultants and equipment manufacturers. We've received outstanding feedback from both sponsoring companies and attendees for its effective format and unique relationship-building structure. When we designed this program, we based it on the belief that smaller, more intimate meetings can be far more effective than large shows or conferences to build strong business partnerships, generate new ideas and brainstorm solutions," states Rod Collins, Rod Collins Associates, one of the Summit partners.

Conducted twice a year, Consultants' Summit 9 is tentatively scheduled for Fall of 2012. Consultants' Summit Asia is now on the drawing board. The Asia program will bring together euqipment manufacturers and top foodservice consultants working within the high-growth Asian marketplace.

About Consultants' Summit:
The Consultants' Summit was established in 2006 to provide an educational and idea exchange platform for the foodservice equipment and consulting community and is accredited by FCSI. It is organized and produced by Charlene Goff, Edgewater Marketing ( and Rod Collins, Rod Collins Associates. To date, well over 100 consultants and thirteen equipment manufacturers have participated. Sponsors are limited at each event. New sponsors are welcome to apply to fill open slots.
