Our site gives local and national businesses a way to connect, and our news stories are seen by millions of people. Relevant news content validates a brand’s message.
Salt Lake City, UT (PRWEB) December 05, 2011
With companies needing to add high-quality content to their websites to gain media exposure, NewsGroup4.com, a Utah-based outlet for business news, announces plans to expand into 22 cities by the end of 2013.
The online news outlet will work with sister company, PRadAGENCY.com, to develop news websites, social media strategies and franchise opportunities in several states.
“The timing couldn’t be better,” NewsGroup4.com President LA Gerson said.
The expansion will let NewsGroup4.com clients receive content-management services and distribution of press releases to more than 7,000 media outlets.
“The focus is on brand expansion,” Gerson said.
Each week NewsGroup4.com publishes business headlines and in-depth profiles of companies around the country. Clients are spotlighted in the news, which creates online visibility and strengthens their message, while driving online traffic through the search engines.
“Our site gives local and national businesses a way to connect, and our news stories are seen by millions of people. Relevant news content validates a brand’s message,” Gerson said.
As a NewsGroup4.com client, Sopra Brands Capital Marketing Coordinator Carean Pavlovich said the news website has produced strong early results for her company.
“Newsgroup4 provides incredible value for our brands,” Pavlovich said. “We have been working with NewsGroup4 for less than a year and have had extremely positive results. … We have opened over 24 new EarthFruits Yogurt cafes and the word is spreading. The news profiles have exceeded our expectations.”
Meanwhile, Gerson noted that national marketing budgets for online content grew by nearly $400 million in 2010.
“It’s no surprise that content marketing is now reported to be a $41 billion industry,” she said. “A brand message is very well received in a news format and especially when positioned to educate, rather than alienate viewers with pushy or unsolicited advertising messages. This is a very positive and proactive approach.”
She added that “frequently published high-quality content will be a necessity for businesses over the next several years to retain a competitive edge.”
With many people reading their news online, consumers rely heavily on business websites and social media.
“In today’s economy, frugal businesses cannot afford expensive public relations campaigns to deliver their message,” Gerson explained. “That’s where we step in. … Every business should have a chance to share their vision with the press, and the union between Newsgroup4.com, PRadAGENCY.com and our media partners is no exception.”
