Interactive Touchscreen Solutions, Inc's Navigo Room Scheduler installed at the US National Guard in Virginia to assit in creating and managing a software solution that can be overseen from one central location. The Room Scheduler allows users to log in and reserve meeting room time, space and amenities. Facility managers now have a central software solution to know the schedule of the building's meeting rooms at any time for any given room.

The Room Scheduler will display which dates and times are booked, tentative or open.

The Navigo Room Scheduler software was installed at the US National Guard Bureau facility in Arlington, VA to manage the multiple meeting rooms and resources on campus. Navigo’s Room Scheduler software integrates with MS Outlook, suggests other meeting schedules when a conflict is detected and shows a list of available resources and room setups associated with respective meeting rooms.

As with all of the Navigo Suite of Products, full customization is available and integration with our Navigo Touchscreen & Active Signage products allows room schedules to be displayed and reservations to be made outside of each room.
