The latest round with the World Bank attorney turned whistleblower in the ongoing case against the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development is being heard in court. Hudes just filed a response to a motion from the World Bank in the (U.S. Court of Appeals D.C. Circuit Case Number 11-7109, Karen Hudes v.International Bank for Reconstruction and Development , et al.) Karen Hudes, Esq., a Yale Law graduate, spent twenty years with the World Bank as an attorney. Hudes alleges in the case that she uncovered fraud at the World Bank, and risked her career to protect the world and her country of further damage. Hudes is now disclosing to Larry Garrison, The NewsBreaker, alleging from her filed case that there was an invasion of her privacy rights. Hudes also alleged in the case that The World Bank called her doctors to tell them that Hudes was a threat to other staff. The Court Case, among other issues alleges the Board Of Directors were lied to about Supervision of the Philippines. The World Bank is asking the court to dismiss the case.
