Consumers not only get to choose the gift they want by redeeming their holiday gift cards on January 6-8, 2012, they can also make that gift even more valuable by participating in the newest shopping event of the holiday season, Gift Card Weekend (GCW).
During GCW, gift card recipients can redeem their gift cards from participating retail partners to receive extra value through special deals posted on the GCW website that will be offered for that weekend only. Gift Card Weekend is presented by Gift Card Impressions of Kansas City, Mo., the Retail Gift Card Association and Ceridian Stored Value Solutions.

Consumers around the country will be able to maximize their buying power both in person and online. More partner signings will be announced very soon and the deals each retailer will offer during GCW will be unveiled between now and January 6, the first day of GCW.
