Mutual Force is announcing beta launch of unique web based consultation platform between ex-employees including forced retirees and their previous employers. This platform provides an opportunity for retirees and other critical ex-employees to offer their services online to their previous employers in exchange for consultation fees.

When my wife left her job, her previous employer was calling her for few months with a lot of questions about the process and product she worked on. I thought, why not provide a way for ex-employees and employers to communicate and make it a win-win.

Often times when employees leave, retire or layed off, there is knowledge loss to the employers causing lost productivity, lost critical knowledge of a process or product and lost revenues. It is estimated that the replacement costs (including hiring costs, training, decreased productivity, etc) can be anywhere from 50%-250% of the replaced employee annual compensation.

With economy still having slow growth, forced retirement, downsizing and employee leaving voluntarily are causing knowledge loss to employers. Employees who are forced to retire or downsized are not prepared financially and are finding it very difficult to find jobs.

Mutual Force provides a patent pending knowledge transfer platform between ex-employees and their previous employers. Employers gain from the expertise of the ex-employees and can quickly train the new hires, prevent knowledge loss and lost productivity at a fraction of the replacement costs. Ex-employees (including retirees) who are not prepared financially can earn using this platform while looking for a new job. Its a win-win for the employer and ex-employees. This is what the founder of Mutual Force, Mahesh Varavooru has to say. 'When my wife left her job, her previous employer was calling her for few months with a lot of questions about the process and product she worked on. I thought, why not provide a way for ex-employees and employers to communicate and make it a win-win for both parties.'

Further more, the same web based platform can be used to provide an online mentor, mentee communication platform between alumni of a University and current students. Students can gain from valuable real life experience and advise of the Alumni. You can learn more at mutualforce.com.
