Med Access is pleased to announce that Ontario physicians are now eligible to receive funding from OntarioMD for the Med Access EMR offering. This Funding Eligible status follows the successful completion of a comprehensive validation testing process for Ontario’s EMR Specification 4.0. Established by the Ontario Medical Association, OntarioMD manages the EMR Adoption Program which funds and assists physicians to acquire, implement and adopt IT.

With this achievement Med Access becomes the only vendor with a funding eligible EMR offering in Ontario and all four Western provinces, and makes the company successful in 100% of all attempts to seek funding approval in provincial conformance processes.
