WHEN: On Wednesday, December 7, at 3:15 p.m., Ben Martin and Aaron Biddar will present “A User-Centric Approach to Social Monitoring: Evolving from Keywords to Key Influencers” that will focus on tools to help associations create user-centric social monitoring initiatives to increase memberships, sell products and improve member relations.
On Thursday, December 8, at 8:30 a.m., Ben Martin and Larissa Fair will lead a discussion titled, “The Rise of Social Commerce”. This discussion will focus on social commerce as a must for every organization’s non-dues revenue strategy. The discussion, highlighting what social commerce is and how organizations can leverage it, will provide practical resource takeaways.
On Thursday, December 8, at 2 p.m., Ben Martin and Brian Cheung, a manager with the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals International, will co-chair a micro-session entitled “Mobile Warriors”. This session will discuss the best mobile apps, tools, best practices and mobile accessories to help association executives on the go.
