Ennova Direct announced today they’re opening up their patented hair drying and shaping technology for license or sale, patent number US 7,093,376, entitled “Hair Drying and Shaping System”
The patent represents a revolutionary new hair drying and shaping device that uses patented suction airflow technology to dry long hair faster than conventional hair dryers without damaging it. The hair is gently drawn into the device’s interior where it is dispersed by internal components while simultaneously being infused with heat. The heated air passes through the interior and gently circulates throughout the hair while maintaining an even airflow, which enables the hair to dry quickly and gently.
"In 2004 I set out to invent a new hair drying and shaping device that would enable my wife to dry her long beautiful hair much faster and do it without the damaging effects of conventional hair dryers. I knew there had to be a better way and as a professional electrical engineer and an avid inventor I set out to solve the problem,” according to Paul Regen, CEO of Ennova Direct.
“Ennova’s hair drying and shaping system technology is the first leap-frog technology to come out of the hair care market since the invention of the ionic hair dryer. We’ve added a lot of additional features to this patented device that are firsts in the hair care industry, like a flat-iron built directly into the tip of the hair dryer or interchangeable cartridges that can be inserted into the device for infusing product directly into the user’s hair, such as leave-in conditioners, detangler, or hair fragrance, etc.,” according to Peter Garrett, President of Ennova Direct.
Ennova’s US Patent 7,093,376 is now open for licensing or sale. Any parties interested in exploring a license on the technology or that may be interested in acquiring the patent should contact Ennova directly.
