"We’re offering people an opportunity to do work on the most valuable commodity they own – themselves, their career, their future." - Barbara Fagan

Source Point Training ( today announced 15% reduction of the enrollment fee and a ‘risk-free’ money back offer on all of its popular “Leadership Source” professional coaching program.

“Professionals and entrepreneurs should consider this the investment opportunity of a lifetime,” says Barbara Fagan, president and co-founder of Source Point Training. “One that not only will have a powerful and positive effect on the rest of their lives, but is completely risk free. Complete the entire course of one of our training programs and I guarantee that you'll be completely satisfied. If not, I'll give you a full refund.”

Fagan made the announcement at the launch of a series of Leadership Source programming events for 2012; the first will be hosted in San Diego, CA. The event includes two high impact weekend training sessions with 10 weeks of one-on-one professional coaching. The program, titled “Leadership Source: Lead with Purpose and Vision” begins the weekend of January 13-14 with second on March 23-24 at the same location. The 10 weeks of coaching takes place between the weekend training.

According to Fagan, her “7 times value” claim is based on an independent study (link available) conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers that reported companies that use professional coaches experienced a return on investment of seven times their initial investment.

“People ask me, what’s behind the trend for more professional coaching,” says Fagan. “It comes down to math. Business has discovered that coaching is good for professional development and the bottom line. It is profitable because companies and organizations see real gain from their investment in terms of increased productivity and organizational cohesiveness. Professional coaching is beneficial because it enhances the substantial investment already made in employees and management. No surprise that companies think of this kind of job training as a ‘double-down’ on their most valuable asset: their workforce.”

Source Point Training’s Leadership Development programs are among the most sought-after in the United States. This program is open to all professionals and students in San Diego area including Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, Las Vegas and Phoenix. Most participants are technology professionals trying to keep up with rapid changes in the job market and business professionals in transition seeking job security and performance enhancement. Other participants include business owners, corporations, managers, entrepreneurs and college students looking to cultivate leadership skills and strengthen important relationships.

“We’re offering people an opportunity to do work on the most valuable commodity they own – themselves, their career, their future,” says Fagan. “This is all about diving into the deep end with a substantial leadership curriculum developed by professional leadership coaches recognized by International Coach Federation (ICF). I guarantee that participants will feel challenged during our 2-weekend classroom instruction. I guarantee that they’ll feel the 'heat' during 10-weeks of one-on-one coaching.”

Fagan, who has been a professional development coach for more than 25 years, is also a facilitator and master coach for Leadership Source program. Among her high value lessons:

  •     Communicating and collaborating with other people in a shared partnership;
  •     Dealing with various personality styles and delegating responsibility with full accountability;
  •     Building strong teams or family environments where everyone contributes and works together on the same page; and
  •     Using simple and efficient planning tools to manage time more effectively and achieve goals.

“I have found that the most important element in affecting change is through empowerment; motivating people to take action and to put new skills to work every day,” says Fagan. “Armed with good training and a coach who can clarify objectives, participants remove barriers that prevent them from moving forward. A program like this can raise awareness to new purpose and vision; prepare people to take massive action in their lives.”
