Catapult Technology Wins $3.7 Million Contract with National Labor Relations Board

Catapult Technology, a Bethesda, MD-based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Information Technology (IT) contractor to the federal government, has been awarded a contract with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to provide Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) support. This $3.7 million contract is for one year and includes two option extensions, for one year and six months, respectively.

Catapult Technology, Ltd., a leading Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Information Technology (IT) contractor to the federal government, has been awarded a contract with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to provide Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) support. This $3.7 million contract is for one year and includes two option extensions, for one year and six months, respectively.

This contract is an extension of existing work at NLRB; Catapult has managed the NLRB service desk since 2008. On this new contract, Catapult will manage NLRB’s IT service desk, provide hardware and software support, and monitor computer deployments. In addition to service desk capabilities, Catapult will also provide technical writing and desktop publishing services, as well as application support.

Catapult has 15 full time employees working at NLRB’s Washington DC headquarters, supporting 800 headquarters employees and 1,200 field staff in 54 offices across the U.S., including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
