Just 5 months after opening its doors, Dunn & Panagotacos LLP expands its legal services by adding a new partner from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP specializing in real estate, general corporate and intellectual property transactions.

Dunn & Panagotacos LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Michael A. Peers as a new Partner. Mr. Peers joins the firm after spending his legal career at another San Francisco law firm, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Mr. Peers’, a native of the East bay, specializes in transactional work, including real estate, intellectual property and general corporate work. His real estate practice covers all aspects of real estate transactions including finance, development, acquisition, joint ventures, operation, sale and leasing in connection with office, industrial, retail, commercial and mixed use properties. As part of Mr. Peers’ intellectual property practice, he advises companies and rights owners in a variety of intellectual property issues, including copyright, trademark, entertainment, licensing, privacy, and e-commerce matters. He represents clients in connection with music, publishing, video, website policies, television and other entertainment projects, as well as copyright and trademark prosecution. Mr. Peers also advises clients in entity formation, corporate governance and general corporate representation.
