Hogan Assessment Systems announced its first Advanced Interpretation Workshop for 2012. The program is tailored to empower executive coaches, HR practitioners, training professionals, and I-O psychologists to use Hogan's powerful suite of assessment tools.

The two-day Advanced Interpretation Workshop provides in-depth instruction to deepen participants' expertise interpreting the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) to create effective development plans and coaching for leaders and high-potential employees.
